Before that, a tender was held through Prozorro, in which four companies participated, offering three models of delivery cars – Peugeot Partner, Renault Dokker and Fiat Doblo Maxi.
Until the end of summer, Ukrposhta plans to launch mobile departments in five regions of Ukraine – in settlements with a population of up to 2000 people. For this, the first two hundred of the purchased Fiat Doblo Maxi will be attracted, the rest will go on routes in the fall. All cars will be provided with technical service for three years. Interestingly, a 20 percent discount on the base model’s retail price was provided for cars.
Mobile Post Office (POPS) is a Ukrposhta project that has been successfully operating in the Chernihiv region for two years now. As a result, residents of small villages have access to the full range of Ukrposhta services.
