At the Tokyo Auto Salon 2020 motor show, Subaru introduced a prototype of the next-generation Levorq STI station wagon. The car used a number of new technologies for the Japanese brand, including adaptive suspension.
In addition to shock absorbers with electronic control, the concept car received a system of selecting driving modes called “Drive Mode Select”. With its help, it is possible to optimize the algorithms of the power unit, transmission, steering and all-wheel drive systems depending on driving style and road surface.
Other details about the car are kept secret. According to preliminary data, the production Subaru Levorq STI will be equipped with a two-liter four-cylinder boxer engine with a capacity of about 300 horsepower.
