Well-known car manufacturer Honda announced its intention to start selling cars in Europe.
The Honda car brand is about to begin supplying an updated Honda Jazz vehicle in almost all countries of the European Union. Full sales should begin this summer.
It is worth noting that the Honda Fit car, which is the “brother” of Honda Jazz, will be sold in Europe from the beginning of February. Two cars will be completely identical outside, but different inside.
In Japan, the updated Honda Fit will be available to customers in gasoline and hybrid versions. However, in the European market, Honda Jazz will be released only with a hybrid base. Thus, Japanese drivers will be able to buy a car with a 1.3-liter gasoline engine or with a hybrid power plant, which consists of a 1.5-liter unit and an electric motor with a powerful battery.
Unfortunately, the preliminary cost of the European version of the Honda Jazz has not yet been reported. However, for Japan, Honda Fit price tags have already been announced. For a conventional model with an internal combustion engine, the buyer will have to pay 1.5 million yen or 850 thousand rubles, but for a hybrid modification, you need to pay 1.9 million yen or 1.1 million rubles.
