The most off-road Jeep has become greener

Jeep Wrangler got a hybrid version after Compass and Renegade – a rechargeable SUV made its debut at the CES 2020 International Consumer Electronics Show

Interestingly, the details about the technical stuffing in Jeep were preferred to be kept secret for now: visitors to the exhibition could only contemplate a car connected to a charging station. It is expected that information about the new product will be revealed in March, and mass production will start before the end of 2020.

Recall that by 2021, each model of the brand should have a modification with a recharging function. In March last year, Compass and Renegade received a hybrid propulsion system – both are equipped with a 1.3-liter gasoline turbo engine and an electric motor, the first responsible for the rotation of the front wheels, and the second for the rear.
