Hyundai has announced the soon premiere of a restyled i30 by distributing images of its sports version of the N Line. The debut of new items will take place in early March at the Geneva Motor Show.
The updated Hyundai i30 N Line received LED optics with integrated V-shaped daytime running lights, a new front bumper with increased air intakes and a radiator grille with a different design. The company also promised that the i30 N Line relies on a new rear bumper and disks ranging in size from 16 to 18 inches, and a 10.25-inch multimedia system display and a digital instrument panel are now installed in the cabin. However, the teasers have so far shown only the design of the front of the car.
In Russia, the dorestyling i30 is presented only in the “charged” version of N. The model is equipped with a 2.0 T-GDI turbo engine in two forcing options – 249 and 275 horsepower.
For the hot hatch, an electronically controlled differential, an exhaust system with adjustable flaps, seats with combined leather and suede trim and 19-inch wheels are provided. The most powerful i30 N picks up the first “hundred” in 6.1 seconds, while a 239-horsepower car needs 0.3 seconds more.
Since the appearance on the Russian market in April 2019, 60 copies of the Hyundai i30 N have been sold. Six more cars were sold in January 2020. Low sales can be explained by an impressive starting price of 2.2 million rubles.
