Skoda has published design sketches of the “charged” liftback and fourth-generation Octavia station wagon. The public premiere of cars will take place in early March as part of the Geneva Motor Show.
Judging by the images, the Skoda Octavia RS will look different from the “younger” versions of the model in another front bumper with massive air intakes, a modified lower section of the grille, alloy wheel design and a spoiler on the luggage compartment lid and two trapezoidal tailpipes.
Earlier, the company confirmed that the Skoda Octavia RS will be available for the first time with a hybrid power plant with the ability to recharge batteries from a household electrical outlet. According to preliminary data, it will include a 1.4-liter turbo four, an electric motor, a set of batteries and a robotic gearbox with two clutches.
