Lamborghini has completed the upgrade of the Huracan family: a year after the all-wheel drive version, a basic sports car with rear-wheel drive is presented. The updated coupe is now called the Lamborghini Huracan Evo RWD (Rear Wheel Drive), the brand said goodbye to complex alphanumeric indices.
Externally, the rear-wheel drive coupe has an original front fairing with a new configuration of air intakes and a different rear diffuser. The salon is decorated in the same way as all other representatives of the updated family. The front panel is equipped with a 8.4-inch touchscreen display, which displays the control of the climate system, telemetry, seat settings and other secondary functions of the car.
Lamborghini Huracan Evo RWD got a 5.2-liter “aspirated” V10, borrowed from the pre-reform all-wheel drive modification, but instead of the previous 580 hp. and 540 Nm, the unit produces 610 hp and 560 Nm of torque. Paired with the engine, the previous multistage “robot” with two clutches is working. There are still three driving modes: road (Strada), sports (Sport) and racing (Corsa).
The curb weight of the updated rear-wheel drive coupe has not changed – 1389 kg, which is 33 kg less than the four-wheel drive. From zero to 100 km / h, the rear-wheel drive accelerates in 3.3 seconds, up to 200 km / h in 9.3 seconds, 0.1 and 0.8 seconds respectively faster than the pre-reform model. The maximum speed of the “two-door” increased by 5 km / h, up to 325 km / h.
