Atelier Chieftain, which is famous for “improving” classic cars, has presented its new project – the racing Range Rover

The craftsmen took into development an old three-door Range Rover of the seventies and the first thing they threw out of it literally everything, leaving only the body. For the project, its own independent suspension was developed. The braking system was taken from AP Racing, and the stock engine was replaced with a mighty heart from the Corvette.

The usual swap was not enough, the six-liter engine was modified by installing a turbine. This decision made it possible to “remove” more than six hundred horsepower from it. Want to know the characteristics? It will not work as long as the company keeps them secret, however, if you look at the last project, where the same Range was upgraded (only five-door), you can find out that the car accelerated to a hundred in five seconds. However, there was a naturally aspirated engine, which means the new car should be even faster.
