The experts of the Central Bank published a list of regions with the highest risks of fraud in OSAGO payments. The list is available on the official website of the regulator.
Specialists came to the conclusion that the highest probability of committing crimes in nine regions of the country. The leaders are North Ossetia, where the size of the insurance payment is more than two times the average payment in the country and amounts to 136.8 thousand rubles; Chechen Republic, Kabardino-Balkaria and Ingushetia with an average insurance payment of more than 100 thousand rubles; Karachay-Cherkessia with a payment of 118.3 thousand rubles.
Also on the list were Dagestan, Adygea, Stavropol and Krasnodar Territories. In all regions, the amount of compensation paid in compulsory motor third-party liability insurance claims exceeds the national average.
Earlier, according to Rambler, the specialists of the Financial University conducted a study according to which about 73% of Russian car owners expressed satisfaction with the level of insurance companies operating in compulsory motor third-party liability insurance, 20% were dissatisfied, 7% found it difficult to answer, but tended to give a negative answer.
