The Moscow authorities installed 68 additional cameras for fixing violations of traffic rules on capital roads. The layout of new complexes was published on Twitter by the Center for Traffic Management (DPC). The ministry emphasized that the complexes were installed in places of major traffic jams and concentration of accidents. New cameras are able to record violations of the speed limit and marking rules, as well as non-admission of pedestrians.

“Since the beginning of the year, 68 more new video and video recording cameras have been installed – in problem areas where violators consistently create congestion and emergency situations. There are also addresses for your suggestions, ”the department said. So, the new cameras were launched on Kaluzhskoye Shosse, Ryazansky Prospekt, Profsoyuznaya Street, Shchelkovo and Varshavskoye Shosse, as well as Entuziastov Shosse. Also, there were more photo and video recording complexes on Nizhny Novgorod Street, Projected Drive, Leningradskoye Shosse, Andropov Avenue and Bolshaya Cherkizovskaya Street.
