ASX can be distinguished from its predecessor thanks to a different front bumper, a modified hood, new protective panels at the front and rear, as well as different optics

Mitsubishi may bring a restyled ASX crossover to Russia. At the moment, the approval of the type of vehicle (OTTS) has already appeared in the Rosstandart database, reports “Russian newspaper”. Sales of new items on the Russian market may begin next year.

The updated crossover was presented at the Geneva Motor Show in the spring of 2019. The design of the car is made in accordance with the further development of the Dynamic Shield concept. In particular, after restyling, the model received the same characteristic elements in the front of the body as the Eclipse Cross, Outlander, Pajero Sport and the updated L200 pickup.

ASX can be distinguished from its predecessor thanks to a different front bumper, a modified hood, new protective panels at the front and rear, as well as different optics. In the Russian market, the model will be offered with front-wheel and all-wheel drive.

Prices for the new product will be announced later. A pre-styling crossover is currently offered on the Russian market at a price of 1,229,000 rubles.
