The new Royale series will include special Maserati Levante crossovers and Maserati Ghibli and Quattroporte sedans. A feature of the “royal” cars will be the upholstery of the seats with a thin woven material Pelletessuta, which is nappa leather with an interweaving of woolen fibers. You can choose from a completely brown interior or with black accents. There are also two body colors – Blu Royale and Verde Royale. The choice of a body palette is not accidental, these shades remind of the original Maserati Royale color scheme, produced in 1986-1990. The Royal Hundred will ride on specially designed 21-inch wheels.
All cars of the special series received a full range of options, including the Bowers & Wilkins audio system, a panoramic roof and signs on the central tunnel, indicating that they belong to the “hundred”. In the Maserati Ghibli Royale, Quattroporte Royale and Levante Royale engine range, there are only 3.0-liter V6s: 275 hp turbodiesel and 350 and 430 hp gasoline.
Maresati is still taking orders for a special series of cars; it plans to begin deliveries to customers in March.
