Aston Martin apparently only got bored of developing cars, and so the British decided to work with the well-known aircraft manufacturer Airbus Corporate Helicopters. As a result, a unique version of the ASH130 helicopter with the Aston Martin Edition prefix was born.
Such a helicopter will be available in four different liveries: green Stirling Green, gray Xenon Gray, bronze Arizona and black and blue Ultramarine Black. But the main difference between the ASH130 Aston Martin Edition is a chic interior in the style of a DB11 sports car. The interior is finished with suede and leather of the highest quality, and the head restraints are decorated with the brand logo of the brand.
In addition, each of these helicopters will have a special plate with the partners logo, publication number, as well as the name of the owner, if he wants to indicate it.
“We have our own set of principles for automotive design, but in recent years we have studied how to apply our principles in other areas of design, such as architecture, motorcycles and now helicopters. This first application of our design methods to helicopters posed a number of interesting problems, but we liked working with them. Beauty is vital to Aston Martin and our customers, and we believe that the ACH130 Aston Martin Edition is inherently a beautiful machine. This provided a wonderful foundation for our team, so we look forward to everyone’s reaction, ”said Marek Reichman, Vice President and Chief Creative Officer of Aston Martin.
The first copies of the ASH130 Aston Martin Edition will reach customers in the first quarter of this year. The manufacturer is ready to disclose the cost of a helicopter only upon request.
