We are talking about cars that came off the assembly line of the Moscow Renault Russia plant from March to May 2019. As part of the recall campaign, cars will be checked for 16 welds on the front suspension subframe. If necessary, the subframe will be replaced with a new one.
Logan and Sandero came under review at the beginning of last year. Then the reason for the recall was defective airbags, which could potentially be installed on 3622 cars sold since November 2017. Later, in December 2019, a large-scale campaign was launched in Russia, affecting almost 80 thousand copies of the Renault Kaptur, which could open hoods on the go.
