The first innovation is the lifting of the ban on driving on motorways. Starting next month, students in driving schools will be able to hone their driving skills on motorways under the supervision of an instructor. The second rule, which will come into effect in January, is the opportunity to open the categories D, Tb and Tm (bus, trolley and tram) when they reach the age of 20 years. The third change concerns the disenfranchised drivers: in 2020, the condition for the return of the certificate will be the repayment of arrears of fines.
And finally, since 2020, a simplified procedure has been introduced to challenge the exam result – immediately after the complaint is submitted, the examiner’s decision will be canceled. The traffic police, in turn, will receive the right to annul the results if it turns out that the candidate for the driver has provided false documents.
