On the streets of Ukrainian cities you can often see the all-wheel drive KrAZ-255B1, nicknamed the “raptors” who work as tow trucks and trolley buses that broke on the route. It turns out that our KrAZ trucks are doing the same thing in the Romanian capital – Bucharest.
And here’s an example of these photos, published on the Autocamioane roman diesel tatra kraz Facebook page. They show how the KrAZ-255B1 protective color is towed by the Ikarus-415T low-floor trolleybus.
The Kremenchug all-terrain vehicle belongs to the emergency technical service says the corresponding inscription on the blue awning of the airborne platform – Interventie Depamare Auto. By the way, the rescue vehicle fleet is not limited to KrAZ trucks only.
As you can see from another photo, another 6×6 all-terrain vehicle also works here, only the Romanian manufacturer DAC. This is a representative of the army of the CN, which has been produced since 1977 and was offered in various versions: with a 4×4, 6×6 and 8×8 wheel formula and a load capacity of 3 to 10 tons. The cars were equipped with licensed MAN D2156 diesel engines and 5- or 6-speed gearboxes.
