The GMC Yukon engine range includes three units. This is a gasoline V8 with a volume of 5.3 (360 forces, 519 Nm of torque) and 6.2 liters (426 forces, 623 Nm), as well as a three-liter Duramax diesel engine (281 forces, 623 Nm). Eights are equipped with a start-stop system and a function to turn off part of the cylinders at low loads. All engines are paired with a ten-band automatic. Basic drive – rear, full available as an option.
GMC Yukon will be assembled at a plant in Arlington, Texas, USA, where they produce related Chevrolet. Sales in the North American market will begin in the summer. Following Yukon, the new Cadillac Escalade is due out.
