The Russian analytical company conducted a study of the automotive market, which made it possible to learn about the most popular Toyota brand cars. Thanks to the information received, it was possible to find out that the Toyota Corolla is a fairly popular model in the country, since there are now about 650 thousand of them.
Also, Russian drivers prefer the following Toyota models:
Camry – 435 thousand units;
RAV4 – 409 thousand units;
Land Cruiser – 332 thousand units;
Land Cruiser 200 – 128 thousand units.
In total, over 3.1 million Toyota cars are registered in the Russian Federation, which is an amazing result, since this brand is the most popular in the field of foreign cars. In the segment of domestic vehicles, the most popular company is certainly AvtoVAZ, whose models in Russia are registered more than 13.5 million units.
In the period from January 1 to December 1 of last year, the number of Toyota passenger vehicles increased by 91 thousand copies. Given the last month of the year, this figure probably exceeded 100 thousand.
