Ferrari supercar hijacked for revocable campaign

Ferrari has sent a fraud alert to its South African customers that is gaining momentum across the country. The publication Car Mag reports that the attackers phoned the owners of Ferrari and impersonate employees of official dealers to report that their car is covered by a revocable manufacturer’s campaign. Since it is supposedly unsafe to travel in a supercar, they claim that they will send a tow truck to the owner’s house to take the car for repair and deliver it back.
