At a special event Cadillac Christmas Tour, the company introduced two new crossovers that will appear on the domestic market next year.
Actually, one of them is already familiar to us. We are talking about the XT5 model, which has somewhat changed appearance: there are new bumpers, rims and a radiator grill. It is curious that LED optics will go already in the basic version. Also, the interior was redone for the crossover – the front panel has changed, and the possibilities of personalization have expanded. The main thing is that they were not limited to one “makeup” – important technical changes have also taken place. Firstly, the crossover has a new suspension and braking system. Secondly, under the hood of the XT5 is a new engine – a two-liter 200-horsepower turbo engine, which is combined with a nine-speed automatic.
Meanwhile, the same bunch of motor-box is installed on the new product – the seven-seat crossover XT6. It should be noted that such a combination of aggregates is now uncontested. By default, the crossover will go in front-wheel drive, and all-wheel drive will be available as an option. Speaking of options, buyers of the XT5 and XT6 will have to choose between two versions of Premium Luxury or Sport, which differ not only in external staling and options, but also in technical components. The fact is that in each of them different adaptive suspension, engine, gearbox and steering settings will be applied.
