Built retro-Bronco with a modern V8 engine

The Gateway Bronco company engaged in the restoration of the classic Bronco has announced a collaboration with the Roush Performance tuning workshop: their joint project will be a one-of-a-kind retro SUV with a modern filling. It will be equipped with a V8 5.0 engine, which will provide acceleration to hundreds in less than five seconds.

The Gateway, located in St. Louis, Missouri, has been restoring classic Ford Bronco SUVs for several years now. Prices start at 150 thousand dollars (more than 9.5 million rubles) – for this money customers receive a five-year guarantee, and it does not matter whether they themselves provided a donor car or ordered it from Gateway.

In collaboration with Roush Performance, the company prepared an SUV equipped with a five-liter V8 engine in combination with a 10-speed automatic transmission. Standard modification provides 460 horsepower.

Roush Performance is not only a tuning studio, but also the racing team of the same name, founded by Jack Rusch. In the middle of the last century, he worked at Ford, but already in the 70s he changed his career in the company to motorsport and left for Nascar. Recent Roush Performance projects include improvements to the Ford Mustang and Ford F-150.
