BMW is developing a large electric sports sedan. The twin-engine four-wheel drive electric sedan will receive the i6 index
The Italian edition Autoblog reports that in terms of proportions, the BMW i6 will resemble the i Vision Dynamics concept car, presented at the Frankfurt Motor Show in 2017. At the same time, the design of the novelty will be sustained in the style of a coupe-like 8-Series Gran Coupe. In any case, it can be argued that a very beautiful car awaits us.
In the technical specifications there is no specificity yet. According to rumors, the basic version of the i6 will receive two eDrive electric motors, the engine above the front wheels will give out 204 horsepower, and on the rear axle – 340 horsepower. Thus, the total power of the power plant will reach 544 horsepower, which will allow the model to compete with the 530-horsepower Porsche Taycan 4S. Modification i6 M Performance will receive two 340-horsepower electric motors and will be able to compete for buyers with a 625-horsepower Taycan Turbo.
