BMW spoke about new products for the Russian market. This year extreme BMW M8 Gran Coupe, BMW X5 M and BMW X6 M, as well as the track coupe M2 CS will come to us.

In March 2020, sales of the BMW 2 Series Gran Coupe sedans will begin. At the start, versions 218i (140 forces) with a seven-speed Steptronic “robot” will be available at a price of 2,280,000 rubles and the M235i xDrive (306 hp) with an eight-speed sports automatic Steptronic. A sedan from the M Performance line will cost at least 3,490,000 rubles.

In April 2020, dealers will have a BMW M8 Gran Coupe and a BMW M8 Competition Gran Coupe. Under the hood of a regular M8 Gran Coupe, a 4.4-liter V8 with two turbochargers is working, giving out 600 horsepower (750 Nm of torque); on the Competition version, the engine recoil is 625 forces. Both sedans are equipped with an eight-band M Steptronic automatic with Drivelogic, four-wheel drive M xDrive and an active rear differential. From standstill to a hundred, the M8 Gran Coupe accelerates in 3.3 seconds, and the M8 Competition Gran Coupe – in 3.2 seconds.

The initial price of the sedan is 10 420 000 rubles.

A month later, the new BMW X5 M and BMW X6 M will enter the market. Both crossovers will be offered in the Competition version, as well as in the limited SE series at a price of 8,990,000 rubles for the X5 M and 9,390,000 rubles for the X6 M. Under the hood of all-terrain vehicles, a V8 is installed 4.4 for 600/625 horsepower. Acceleration to “hundreds” of the new X5 M and X6 M takes 3.9 seconds; Competition version will be 0.1 seconds faster.

In addition, in 2020 we will have a track coupe M2 CS. Under the hood of the two-door, a 3.0-liter inline “turbo six” from the M4 Competition is installed. It produces 450 horsepower and 550 Nm of torque and allows the coupe with the “robot” M DCT to accelerate to the first “hundred” in four seconds exactly. The car with the “mechanics” will be slightly slower – 4.2 seconds.

BMW M2 CS will be the hot MINI John Cooper Works GP. The most powerful and fastest version of the hatch is equipped with a 306-horsepower “turbo-four”, familiar from the BMW X2 M35i and other models from the M Performance line.
