Big crossover Kia will receive an off-road package

Kia will offer buyers of the Telluride flagship crossover two new modifications: one will be designed for off-road use, and the other will become more luxurious and expensive.

The Korean company presented its flagship crossover a little more than about a year ago and now, according to Autospies, it is preparing two new modifications to the car at once. First of all, Kia plans to release the specially prepared for off-road version of Telluride: already in the basic configuration, it will receive enhanced underbody protection and special off-road tires. Additional equipment may include a snorkel, a winch, a roof rack and other accessories.

The second version of the crossover will be on the opposite pole: it will be a luxury modification with a more luxurious trim, an expanded list of options and even the possibility of a two-tone body color. The current version of Telluride boasts Nappa leather, first and second row seats with heating and ventilation, a projection display, as well as a system for maintaining the lane of movement, tracking dead zones and preventing collisions with passing cars during rebuilding.
