Bentley said goodbye to the Mulsanne sedan

Bentley introduced a special version of the Mulsanne sedan called the 6.75 Edition by Mulliner, which the manufacturer will say goodbye to the model and the 6.75-liter V8 engine. In total, they plan to release 30 of these cars.

The special version differs from the standard sedan in the glossy-black design of body elements in combination with the chrome trim of the headlights and taillights. In the cabin, the changes are more significant: special adjusters appeared that resembled neck covers for oil filling, seats with a special line, and schematic drawings of the V8 are visible in the context of the watch dial. The motor itself received a sign signed by Bentley CEO Adrian Hallmark.

The special edition of the Bentley Mulsanne is based on the top-end Speed. This means that a 6.75-liter engine with two turbines produces 530 hp and 1100 Nm of torque. The motor is paired with an eight-speed automatic. Up to “hundreds” the sedan accelerates in 4.9 seconds, its maximum speed is 305 km / h.

The release of the Bentley Mulsanne will end this spring. The brand’s new flagship sedan will be the Flying Spur, which debuted in 2019.
