In the Moscow Bentley showroom, one of the hundred existing Continental GT Convertible Series Number 1 Edition from the Mulliner studio appeared. The cabriolet was released in honor of the 1929 Blower, racing in start number 1. The novelty is distinguished by emblems made using 18 carat gold, and a rotary display with a fragment of the piston of the original “first number”.
The front panel of the cabriolet is equipped with a British Jaeger watch with a special dial design, and the center console has Engine Spin aluminum inserts – this metal was a popular material for decorating aircraft and racing cars from the 1920s and 1930s. Black wood veneer is used for interior decoration, and Number 1 is inscribed on the thresholds.
Other styling options include a unit on the grille and special emblems with gold plating on the wings. In Russia, the car is presented in red color Dragon Red II with an additional package of external carbon elements.
The convertible is equipped with a 635-horsepower six-liter W12 twin-turbocharged engine, which provides the car acceleration from zero to “hundreds” in 3.8 seconds. The maximum speed is 333 kilometers per hour.
The company has not yet disclosed the price of the car.
