Police in the east of Moscow detained a woman who had two accidents while intoxicated. This was reported by the Moscow agency with reference to the press service of the State Traffic Safety Inspectorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the capital. The department explained that the offender did not have a driver’s license, and at the time of the accident her two-year-old child was in the car. After the accident, the woman fled the scene.
The police said that initially the offender knocked down a worker who was busy cleaning the roadway. As a result, the victim was hospitalized. After that, the woman drove into the oncoming lane and collided with another car.
Later, the offender was discovered and detained by police in a car at the entrance of the house in Sapperny passage. At the moment, administrative protocols have been drawn up against her under four articles of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation.
